Open:  A perfectly balanced 60-minute class of strength, flexibility, and fun. This results oriented class focuses on proper alignment and form to help each of our clients, no matter what level of fitness they are at, look and feel their best.
Basic: This one hour class will focus on the DEFINEbody principles of technique and form.  It is ideal for individuals new to DEFINE, as well as those who want a better understanding of the DEFINEbody method.
Intermediate:  We encourage you to take a Basic or Open-Level class prior to taking the Intermediate class.  This 60-minute class bumps up the intensity of the original open-level DEFINEbody class by increasing the amount of cardiovascular fitness as well as strength training.  Form and technique are still priority, but get ready to work and sweat!
