Texas Peach + Green Bean Salad with Hazelnuts and Tarragon Vinaigrette

We are at the tail end of peach season but there is plenty of time to try out this salad from Erin and DEFINE foods.  Erin likes this salad because it has, “Lot’s of textures and flavors make this a satisfying side dish, with the blanched local green beans, mixed heirloom lettuces and a crunch from toasted hazelnuts. The sweet peaches and golden raisins with the herb-y Tarragon Vinaigrette elevate it to anther level.”
