
Experience Your Good Now
Each and every one of us has negative thoughts from time to time. We unconsciously put limitations on ourselves because we (to some degree) start to believe a few or possibly a lot of these negative ideas. But why do we do this to ourselves? We all want to feel our best, right? So I propose this…Let’s all try to recognize the limitations we put on ourself and then counteract these negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Personally, I don’t stand in front of a mirror saying, “Gosh darn’t people like me,” however, I will try to remind myself to be appreciative for what I have and feel good about life!
A major pioneer of self-healing and positive thinking is author and speaker, Louise Hay. Personally, I find her style to be comforting and straight to the point. She is the author of You Can Heal Your Life and her most recent book Experience Your Good Now. I would highly recommend reading either or both of these books if you find yourself seeking that next step for yourself. Whether it is for your health, your career, your relationships, etc. I am a very strong believer that our own negative thinking is what often holds us back!

If anything, maybe we can start paying attention to what we are telling ourself. And just maybe, we will stop listening to the “b.s.” that each one of us tells ourselves so we can start living happier and healthier lives!
