DEFINEmind
When I want a really good workout that is going to tone and firm every muscle in my body, I will 100% without a doubt opt to take a DEFINEbody class. The results speak for themselves. However, when I want a class that is soothing as well as transforming for my muscles and spine, I take DEFINEmind.
DEFINEmind is based off of the Yamuna technique which combines massage, chiropracty, and deep stretching for every muscle in the body (including the face!) DEFINEmind is very different than a “yoga” class, so what exactly is it?

DEFINEmind is taking care of your body. It is about creating space so each body part can function to its maximum ability. DEFINEmind uses smaller balls (pictured above) that come in a variety of sizes to help align the body and “iron-out” all the tension and stress held in the body. Imagine a deep tissue massage where you can control the amount of pressure and the exact points you want to target. DEFINEmind is about working the muscles, the tendons, and the bones to keep every element of our body healthy.
Similar to yoga and DEFINEbody, DEFINEmind focuses on breathing and proper alignment to achieve the maximum benefits. Different than yoga, DEFINEmind is purely based on anatomy, instead of a specific faith. As someone who had a consistent yoga practice for 5 years, I find that DEFINEmind allows me to get an even deeper sense of calmness and openness in my body and mind and consequently, my spirit. DEFINEmind allows you to proactively work on the areas that other forms of exercise and fitness neglect.

DEFINEmind approaches fitness from the inside-out. It is restorative and reenergizing. It is calming and comprehensive. When combined with DEFINEbody it takes physical and mental balance to an entirely new level. To sum it up, DEFINEmind is very powerful.
