Sprints and Jumps Juice |DEFINE foods recipe

Drinking one freshly pressed juice a day is a reliable way of infusing your body with a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that can protect your cells against premature aging and disease. Reset your whole system, cleaning out accumulated toxins and rebuilding a healthy foundation for mental and physical clarity.  Check out this simple recipe from DEFINE foods’ in-house Natural Foods Chef Erin Stewart. Ingredients:

2 large carrots

2 small beets

4 clementines

1-inch piece ginger

4-5 piece fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground)

1/4 tsp ground clove

Preparation:

Cut away the peel from the clementine and the lemon. Scrub the carrots and beets.

Process the first 5 ingredients through a juicer, running juice and pulp through the juicer

as needed. Stir in the ground clove. Serve and enjoy immediately.

This is a powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-fungal juice made with fresh

turmeric, carrot, yellow beet, citrus and cloves that is full of potassium and fiber, loaded
