Artichoke Blanc – white pizza with mozzarella, grilled portobello mushrooms, roasted artichoke hearts, spinach, sundried tomatoes and fresh thyme

Hummus Two Ways – traditional hummus alongside black bean hummus, served with Slow Dough cracker bread

Grilled Vegetable Panini – roasted garlic hummus spread, grilled portobello mushrooms, red onion, pea patch tomatoes, provolone cheese, served on Slow Dough ciabatta

DEFINE foods chef Erin Stewart will take you on a tour of the Urban Harvest Farmer’s Market to show you some of her seasonal favorites from local Houston farmers.
