Workout Wednesday – great abs

The “Curl” is really one of the most powerful exercises we do at DEFINE.  It not only gives you great physical results, it helps to lengthen the para-spinal muscles and keep the entire spine long for a stronger and more flexible back.  Why do you want strength and flexibility?  It’s the key to having a highly sustainable body!  If you have a tight spine, you may need to stay higher than Kate (see video below).
