* 90 days of unlimited classes: DEFINEbody, DEFINEmind, & DEFINExpress ($375)
* Personal Consultation with a DEFINE instructor to go over goals, modifications, nutrition, and anything else you want to discuss. (free of charge)
* Day of wedding 60 minute Group Class. Invite mom, bridesmaids, friends, family, and anyone else you would like to invite, and we will come to YOU on the day of your wedding for a fun activity and great way to release those last minute jitters. (this applies to all Houston weddings) ($150)
Feel free to pick and choose from the above selection. If you are looking for longer than 90 days (or shorter), we are more than welcome to accommodate. We want you to feel and look your absolute best on your magical day!

As a make up artist I spend a lot of time with women, especially brides. We seem to focus so much on outer beauty and not so much on inner beauty. Let’s face it, all women want to look and feel beautiful! DEFINE: I DO! will be an incredible way to seamlessly achieve balance, fitness, confidence, calmness, and beauty. DEFINEbody is such a powerful and positive workout. This is a genius idea!
Interesting concept. I would recomend it to my clients! Some of them really need it! Great idea.
