Saddle up while we drop the beat! Roll with your DEFINE homies in this one-hour Rap and Ride revolution Workshop. From old school freestyle to modern flow, we’ll pedal to your hip-hop favorites while getting a full-body workout.

To the sounds of Kanye, Biggie, Snoop and more, we’ll combine moves from the DEFINE body class onto a stationary bike incorporating choreographed movements using weights and a ball.

Rev up your workout by learning the foods that can fuel your ride! You wouldn’t run your car on empty so why do that to your body? In this workshop, you’ll learn about foods to eat before and after high-intensity cardio exercise to boost your performance during class.

Instructor Kate Griffin will lead you in a 45-minute revolution ride, followed by a sampling of three replenishing post-exercise dishes. Each workshop attendee will receive recipe cards to make the exclusive DEFINE foods recipes at home.

DEFINE is also excited to welcome registered and licensed dietitian Sarah Sagullo as a guest in the DEFINE foods kitchen to lead an informative discussion on nutrition. As a Health and Wellness Manager at M.D. Anderson, Sarah focuses on educating others about maintaining a balanced, active, and healthy lifestyle through wholesome nutrition choices.
