Since I started teaching this method, I have come across my fair share of pregnant clients. We hear the comment, “this class has been amazing for me during my pregnancy!” very often!

DEFINEbaby was started when my good friend Annie asked me to help her create a workout that was effective, efficient, and fun for her to do with her 8 month old son. Since our DEFINEbody class is so highly effective, I decided to modify the class and create DEFINEbaby. DEFINEbaby uses a baby carrier while you exercise, and it incorporates all the great muscle toning and shaping that we do in DEFINEbody. Plus, your little one is going to ad some nice resistance and get your core working! We target the all the major muscles in the body: the arms, legs, glutes, and especially, the abdominals, to burn fat and shape your muscles quickly.

You will walk away knowing that you worked hard, but more importantly, you will walk away feeling rejuvenated and even closer to your precious baby!

Currently, we offer DEFINEbaby classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:45-11:45, and we are hoping to add more classes soon! You can register online at www.DEFINEbody.com
