Erin O’Leary Stewart:  Co-owner DEFINE body & mind, Natural Foods Chef

A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary arts, Erin earned her BFA in Dance Performance and Kinesiology at Southern Methodist University and spent the subsequent eight years dancing professionally and teaching Pilates, barre, dance and fitness classes in New York City. Erin created and operated a nationally selling cookie and granola line and focuses on educating others on using natural seasonal ingredients aimed towards healing in order to live a balanced and grounded lifestyle. Along with her passion for movement, Erin strongly believes that what you eat is of paramount importance to achieving a well-rounded healthy lifestyle and continues to study the effects that food has on both the body and the mind, offering culinary and nutritional insight and whole foods products through her DEFINE foods program.
