“Fall” into Fitness

Now is a great time to “Fall” into a fitness routine…hahaha! (Oh yes, we went there!)

With no holidays in the immediate future that 1) add stress to an already hectic schedule and 2) sabotage you in multiple ways (pie, presents and parties, oh my) it’s time to focus on yourself and your health! This September “Fall” into a fitness routine that you can stick with. Fall marks a new year for students, so why not for you too? There is no need to wait until January for a resolution especially with these Fall Fitness tips:

- Take advantage of the weather. So…this might not apply to Houston just yet but with the weather beginning to turn, so that just walking to you car doesn’t make you break a sweat, it might be a good time to take it outside and enjoy a walk to add to your DEFINE routine!

- Watch TV…? Well, this just sounds crazy… But we all know that fall TV is the best, new shows and all. But why not use all this extra TV watching time to do a plank, some push ups or even a curl while you enjoy your favorite show. Or better yet…come to the studio, buy yourself a Yamuna ball, and treat yourself to an amazing massage while you are watching your new favorite show!
